What Wireless M-Bus Means
Wireless M-Bus is the radio-oriented variant used in some metering deployments. It should be identified explicitly because the field collection model differs from the normal wired meter-bus assumptions.
Why It Matters
- It changes discovery and collection expectations.
- A site labeled simply as M-Bus may still need a very different integration plan.
- Wired-versus-wireless identification should be a startup gate, not an afterthought.
